The State HIE Program Four Years Later: Key Findings on Grantees’ Experiences from a Six-State Review

The State Health Information Exchange Cooperative Agreement Program provided states and territories funding and guidance to enable secure electronic information exchange. This case study provides the findings from a six state review of the grantees’ implementation of this program.
