Dixie B. Baker, PhD, MS

Dr. Baker is an internationally recognized leader in healthcare privacy and security, critical systems architecture, and health IT. She has published in a number of technology and health-related areas, including information protection, high-assurance architecture, electronic medical records, and Internet safety. She has chaired the Privacy and Security Advocacy Task Force for the HIMSS. She has a PhD from the University of Southern California in Education/Research Methodologies, and Masters Degrees from the University of Southern California in Computer Science, and from the Florida State University in Habilitative Sciences.
