Dr. Melinda S. Kidder, DHA, MSN, RN, is the Chief Nursing Officer of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT. Dr. Kidder is a dedicated healthcare professional committed to elevating patient care and healthcare delivery through her extensive expertise in nursing, informatics, and project management. Dr. Kidder holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing Specializing in Informatics from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Associate Degree in Nursing from West Virginia University.
