Clinical Quality Measures: Alignment Across Quality Initiatives

The clinical quality measures (CQMs) included in the EHR Incentive Program align with measures used in other Federal quality initiatives. The same CQMs are also aggregated to measure and improve quality of providers, health plans, and state-funded medical programs like Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
