Tamer Fakhouri, MD

Tamer Fakhouri is a Yale-trained Internal Medicine physician with digital health product management experience. After graduating residency, Dr. Fakhouri joined One Medical, a nationwide primary care practice enabled by a proprietary technology platform with EHR, mobile patient engagement, and virtual care. At One Medical Dr. Fakhouri worked with leadership to guide the vision for clinical technology, managed and advised software development teams, and delivered new technology features to providers and patients. In 2018 he joined Livongo Health to help develop novel digital health solutions to better prevent and manage chronic conditions. Dr. Fakhouri practices general Internal Medicine in San Francisco.
