Wanmei Ou, PhD

Dr. Ou is currently a Director in Translational and Precision Medicine at Oracle Health Sciences Global Business Unit. She is one of the founding team members of Oracle’s Translational Medicine Solution. In the past five years, she brought Oracle Health Sciences Translational Research Center (TRC) from a business concept to product release. TRC has been deployed as a foundation component by many leading healthcare institutes in support of their precision medicine initiatives. In this role, she works closely with customers to understand their requirements and transform them into development activities shaping the product functions. She also works closely with interoperability standards committees to ensure the final product can integrate easily with the customers’ other existing solutions.
